MESA WEDDING SITE - GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES SCHEDULING Wedding events are available in two hour blocks. The available times are:  10:00 AM to 12:00 PM2:00 PM to 4:00 PM6:00 PM to 8:00 PMReceptions are available in four hour blocks of time starting at 6:00 PM. INITIAL DEPOSIT A $300.00 deposit is required for a wedding and a $600.00 deposit is required for a reception. This will go towards your balance. Booking a wedding and reception requires a $900.00 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable as it secures the date and time of your function. PAYMENT SCHEDULE 30% of the balance is due six months prior to the scheduled date, 30% of the remaining balance is due three months prior to the scheduled date. Payment in full is required four weeks prior to the scheduled date. We require a $300.00 cleaning and damage deposit. This is to be paid with the balance due and is refundable, by mail, provided the facility is left undamaged and there is no excessive cleaning. There will be a $10.00 per day late fee past the due date on all payments, up to seven days late and then your deposit and requested event date will be forfeited. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be in writing. Initial securing deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable and non-transferable. WEDDING COORDINATOR You will meet with one of our professional wedding managers to plan the details of your event. They will assist you in all aspects of set-up requirements and vendor referrals. A reception manager will also be on hand at your event to insure that it runs smoothly. However, please keep in mind that they are not independently operating wedding coordinators. You may choose to hire a coordinator to aid in your extended event planning. AMPLIFIED MUSIC OK WITH VOLUME LIMITS Decorations are allowed - do not use adhesives (tape, glue, etc). Table decorations-do not use glitter or confetti. We only allow you to throw grass seed or use bubbles due to saftey and enviromental concerns. A minister, florist and reception coordinator/emcee are not included with your package - we will help you with referrals if you require this service. All unbrellas, helium and large items must be rented through Puddingstone Resort. Prices are subject to change without notice. Rate is secured by prepayment only. |
